Originally, leather boots provided protection to the feet of workers and were needed in Britain’s factories and foundries as well as being the choice of footwear of the British army. Our Steel cap boots are modelled on the same last and designs that was used in the factories and on the parade grounds.
Built on a rubber sole and formed around that original last we use premium grade leather to create a boot range that includes 8,10,14,20 and 30 eyelet options. The steel cap is covered with a leather cap and there is also an external cap option with the exposed steel toe.
Black leather is a key feature, but we do offer options in cherry, burgundy and white as well as an array of colours and combinations that can be custom made.
