In this Agreement:
We are the Newground Co. Ltd, the Supplier, at the address shown on the “Legal” page of this website.
You are the Purchaser, as detailed on your Order in the section “Customer & Invoice Address”.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. You confirm you are the authorised user of the credit / debit card used to place your order. You confirm that there are sufficient funds for the cost of the purchase. You must be over 18 years old to use this website. If you are under 18 years old, you can only use this website with the direct involvement and assistance of a parent, guardian or relative who is over 18 years old.
Making a purchase could not be easier – just three simple steps……
A. Just browse the products on our Online Shop, choose your UK Size, then click “Add to Cart”.
B. After you have chosen all your products, click on the ‘Basket’ icon and then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
C. Choose the option “Register an Account” – complete the required details on the order form. By “Registering an Account” you will have not have to re-enter your details for future orders. You can also, track your order, view order history, monitor returns and change your personal details.
On the last page of the Checkout, choose your payment method and enter your payment details. All payments are processed on Secure Encryption process.
When you have completed your purchase you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. PLEASE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DETAILS THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED IN YOUR ORDER.
If you need to change details on your “Pending Order” for size, address, contact details, telephone number you must send your email to: [email protected] You must state your Order Number and details of the amendments/changes you need to make.
We will process your order for dispatch and we will send you an email to confirm dispatch and advise you of the approximate delivery date. Occasionally, your style/size may temporarily be out of stock, we will email you to advise and you can then confirm your requirements for your order.
Our Agreement is made on the date we debit payment from your payment card. Please note payment is only processed if all the payment card details you have provided in your order correctly match the details held by your Card Issuer.
We accept most major Credit / Debit Cards, alternatively, payment can be made by Bank Transfer. If payment is made by Bank Transfer then cleared funds must be received at our bank before your order is dispatched – please email to request the bank account details.
Ordering Online is the fastest method for the processing and dispatch of your order. Alternatively, you can also submit your order via Mail or Telephone – an additional fee of £10.00 for administration applies to all orders received via Mail / Telephone.
PRODUCTS SHOWN AS: CUSTOM MADE / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products for these types of orders shall require FULL PAYMENT on receipt of your order.
These types of orders cannot be cancelled, as per the “Order Cancellation” section on this website. Unless otherwise stated products for these types of orders cannot be REFUNDED but the order can be exchanged for an alternative size.
Additional specific Newground Co. Ltd Terms & Conditions may also apply, you will be advised of these by email, you must then confirm acceptance to continue with your purchase.
Supply times for all Custom Made / Made-to-Order products are stated in the product description. Periodically, due to the bespoke special materials and manufacturing processes the actual delivery date may exceed the supply time originally advised. We will email to provide and update on the progress of your order and advise of the amended delivery date.
