Style Introduction

The Original Macbeth Brogue Creeper-A juxtaposition of the quintessential British shoe design in the shape of a long wing brogue and the unmistakable silhouette of the Underground Creeper sole. The brogue upper with its punching, serrated edge and medallion toe feature is an unaltered design. It might have been the preserve of the traditional gentleman but this Underground version is clearly all gender.

About this Style

The Original Macbeth Creeper was first produced in the 1980’s for our store in Manchester and was one of the styles to be included in our inaugural seasonal collection in 1987.

Macbeth is an Allgender round toe Creeper built on a “walled “last with an upper design that has distinctive features:

– a ribbed sole edge

– a traditional “full wing ” English brogue design with a punched design on the toe and “gimped” or serrated edges on the cap and quarters.
