GOTH BAT BOOTS – The Original Wanette Boot is a one buckle black patent leather ankle shoe that is produced on the extreme pointed authentic Gothic Pike last. The Wanette first featured in our Underground Goth collection in the 1980’s , a classic Goth design created during our formative Manchester days.

About this Style

The extremely pointed “Pikes “were one of the Original Gothic shoe designs from Underground. Originating in the early 1980’s we have utilised the original last shape to recreate a selection of some of the most iconic styles on the extreme pointed toe, to bring them to a new wave of 21st century Goths.

During our formative years in Manchester we were able to exprience the Goth movement that was present in the city and more widely in the UK. Manchester is a city that has a strong Gothic heritage and the rise of Goth music in the city came as no surprise. Our Goth collection was inspired by and served the community
